Your use of data generated by Draft.build
Draft.build expends considerable cost and effort to collect and maintain data presented through the Draft.build platform. Accordingly, any use of Draft.build data should be via the Draft.build platform unless no feasible alternative exists. Any use outside of the Draft.build platform must also comply with any conditions set by Draft.build data partners.
Draft.builds use of your plans generated in Draft.build
Draft.build advises that data you generate using Draft.build:
- will not be disclosed publically
- may be used in aggregate in a de-identified, anonymised fashion to assist our comparative reporting
- may be used for testing or support purposes
- may be used for referrals if you opt to share data
Your use of third party data presented by Draft.build
You must not use third party data presented by Draft.build in any way, manner or form that contrevenes the license to which the data was originally provided to Draft.build.
